(John 3:16)

Tells Us That

For God So Loved The World That He Gave His Only Begotten Son That Whoever Believeth In Him Shall Not Perish But Have Everlasting Life.

(Acts 2:21)

Goes On To Say That

And It Shall Come To Pass That Everyone Who Calls Upon The Name Of The Lord Shall Be Saved

Whether a believer or nonbeliever it is very important that we not only know but, that we equally understand that Salvation is Free. No one can coerce us to grasp something that is so simple but yet so profound. (Romans 10:9) states that....If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Therefore it has to be done based on a conscience decision.

Being saved entitles us to eternal life. It also benefits us to experience the joy of Justification, Santification and Glorification. Once the salvation process has taken place the next step is to establish a lifestyle that is suitable in the eyes of God, a lifestyle that sets us apart from worldly living.

I faithfully believe in Salvation (the deliverance from sin and its consequences) that is freely given as a result of Jesus dying on the cross with the shedding of His blood for our sins. I faithfully believe in Eternity (life after this life) and that Heaven is eternal. I faithfully believe in the two ordinances of the church, Baptism (a testimony of faith) outwardly of what has occurred inwardly in a believer's life and Communion (breaking of bread) an act of remembering why Jesus died on the cross.

Because of the Death, Burial and Resurrection, I sincerely thank God for allowing me this opportunity at Such A Time As This to minister in song (by way of the Word of God) to the brokenhearted, to the doubter, to the faint, to the healed, to the sufferer, to the backslider, to the saved and especially to the unsaved. I truly thank God for the presence of the Holy Spirit, my Comforter whom I rely fully on for guidance and instruction. May he forever order my steps!

As I continue to operate with a kingdom building mindset, I will daily incline my ear to hearken the voice of God. I pray that my example will be one that will represent Christlikeness, one that will mirror the characteristics of Jesus, one that will be pleasing in his sight and one where my talk will compliment my walk. My greatest desire is that lives will be changed, that lives will be transformed and ultimately that souls will be saved as a result of a True Relationship with Jesus Christ.

What God has planned for those who love him is more than eyes have seen or ears have heard. It is more than their minds can imagine
